With more than 50 years of experience, Parker LORD offers a range of two-component structural adhesives that replace traditional fastening methods. The result is a cleaner appearance with no weld or rivet marks, stronger joints with better vibration resistance, design freedom to join dissimilar materials, and lower total production cost.
Our lead product is LORD 810, used for mounting solar panels without drilling and for bus body assembly. Beyond it, the LORD range spans several chemistries and working times for different needs — from fast assembly on a production line to bonding large components that need more time to position.
Chemistries
Acrylics (2xx, 4xx, 5xx, 8xx series, Maxlok, Versilok)
General-purpose with high adhesion to metals and plastics, minimal surface preparation and fast cure. LORD 810 belongs to this family.
Urethanes (7xxx series)
Flexible and tough, suited to composites, plastics and joints subject to impact or differential expansion.
Epoxies (3xx series)
Highest strength and chemical resistance, rigid, for structural loads and harsh environments. The 320/322 series is also used for solar mounting.
CoolTherm TC-2002 (thermally conductive acrylic)
A structural adhesive that also conducts heat, for electric vehicle battery and electronics assembly.

Frequently Asked Questions
Can a structural adhesive really replace welding?
For many assembly applications, yes. A structural adhesive spreads the load across the whole joint rather than concentrating it at weld spots or rivets, giving better vibration and fatigue resistance with no heat distortion and no marks. Our team can help assess suitability for your application.
How do I choose between acrylic, urethane and epoxy?
Broadly: acrylics for fast assembly with minimal preparation on metals and plastics; urethanes where flexibility and toughness are needed; epoxies for the highest strength and chemical resistance. We help select based on your materials, service conditions and production process.
